Refund Policy

Our policy remains in effect for a duration of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not provide refunds; however, you may opt for a product exchange. If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer an exchange.

Exchange Requirements:

The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:

  • ● Product must be in original packaging
  • ● Product must be unused

In order to ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.

Proof Of Purchase:

In order to process your exchange, we kindly ask for a receipt, purchase order, or any other form of proof of purchase. Please note that without the provided proof of purchase, we will be unable to proceed with the exchange.

Sale & Clearance Items:

Please be aware that only regular priced items are eligible for exchange. Unfortunately, items on sale or clearance cannot be exchanged.

Shipping Items:

Prior to returning an order, it is necessary to contact us.

Returns should be sent to the following address: 8/251 Lincoln Road Henderson, Auckland 610, New Zealand. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the items you wish to exchange. We do not provide refunds for shipping costs.

It is important to package the goods carefully to ensure they are not damaged during transit. If the product is received in a damaged or excessively used condition, beyond what is necessary for our reasonable inspection, we reserve the right to reject the exchange.
